BARA SAPIR, M.A., CHt, CNLP, Reiki (practioner) is an internationally recognized expert in high-performance coaching, personal empowerment and transformative test preparation. She has over 18 years' experience teaching test prep, including six years as an instructor for The Princeton Review.

Sapir hase created a Life Optimization system for the student and professional. She is a pioneer in bringing holistic, human potential techniques to the academic tutoring and test preparation field, she is the creator of HypnoPrep® and Yoga for Your Mind®, which optimize test-taking results and professional success by reducing anxiety and enhancing concentration, confidence, and ease. To make these proven techniques available to a wider audience, Sapir has produced the Full Potential Audio Course -- a unique interactive 5 hour course for ACT, SAT, GRE, GMAT*, LSAT, MCAT, the BAR Exam and other standardized tests, as well Study Support for College and HIghschool. She also produced courses for professionals to boost creativity, inspire relaxation and enhance entrepreneurial productivity.

Sapir has coached hundreds of clients, including students at top prep schools, physicians, entertainment and advertising professionals, and advisors to U.S. government leaders. Sapir holds masters degrees in Education from the Jewish Theological Seminary and Art History from the University of Michigan. She has certification in Hypnosis, Neurolingistic Programing and is Reiki practicioner. She is a published author and professional artist. She is a highly sought out lecture, and conducts workshops for students, parents, educators, business people, and creative professionals seeking high-performance results at school, work, and in life. She is active in dog rescue, volunteers as art director of Zeek: A Jewish Journal of Thought and Culture, and lives in New York City with her dog, Eloise.
