Membership Payment Plan Terms and Conditions
Tin Shingle's membership program was created for small businesses of all sizes and budgets.
Membership Starts Right Away
The moment you join, all membership benefits are available to you. You will receive a welcome email and a special invitation to join the member-only Google Group email.
Pay As You Go
Either payment plan is able to be canceled at any time. We made the monthly plan available to those looking to afford a lower cost each month. The annual plan does offer a higher savings to you at the end of the day, but we know that monthly expenses can be easier to fit into a budget.
Cancel at Any Time
There is no contract you're signing onto. This is a membership that you pay for as you need it. If you pay for the month, and then the next month don't need it, you can cancel. Although we refer to a Tin Shingle membership like a gym membership - you have to use it to make it work. This isn't a click-it-and-forget-it model. The rewards you'll reap here at Tin Shingle are based on relationship building, brand awareness, and getting the word out about your business using many different channels.
Refunds
While we know you'll be happy with your membership, we do understand that it's not a fit for everyone. If you join at the monthly level, you have 1 day to ask for a full refund and we will grant it. If you join at annual level, you have 5 days to ask for a full refund. If your annual membership auto-renewed and you didn't realize it, you have 5 days to ask for a full refund. After those times, all sales are final. We are here for you to make sure you have a great experience with Tin Shingle, so please reach out to our Community Concierge, June Eding, with questions on how to best use your membership. Her email is june at tinshingle .com
Auto-Billing
Monthly and annual plans are auto-billed, and will show on your bank statement each month or year. If you cancel within the month that you paid for, your membership will remain active until your renewal date, and then it will stop. Any content that you posted on this website will be unpublished and you'll be removed from emails. If you were a featured member, or if we published an Ask the Expert article or guest blog, your content there will remain published because it was so awesome and helpful to other small business owners, and we published it regardless of your membership status. Otherwise, the content that you created, like Diaries of Small Business Owners, Marketplace, and Events, can be re-activated at anytime.
Changes to Credit Cards
If you have changes to your credit card, you can email us at member at tinshingle.com to make the changes.
Thank you! We hope you join us here at Tin Shingle.

Motivation, education, and strategization of how to get the word out about your business. And words of encouragement because what you're building is big!
