I'm writing this from my happy place, but last week, I had the blues. And I think I had them for about two weeks. It was the type of business blues that when I look around, and am like "What am I doing? Am I doing this right?"
There are a few trigger points for me that can trip this cycle, and those two weeks were full of them:
When I first heard about 'Preneur changing it's name to Tin Shingle I gotta admit I was like "Uh...what? SOS Katie and Sabina have lost it" but once they both explained the new names meaning I not only understood it and liked it, it also got me thinking.
You don't have to convince me about the power of community, the power of networking, etc etc. I worked as a professional at a desk job for over 10 years in addition to creating and running my jewelry business and many business lessons were learned on both sides.
Amidst the best job ever I have as co-founder at Tin Shingle, while also serving as president at Red Branch PR and running a household (of two, but still, it's gotta keep running), I'm currently trying to plan my wedding (also known as #BestDayEver). That balancing act will definitely have to be an Small Business Diary entry of its own (it ain't easy) but to
