A healthy reminder for you:

If you feel like you need to answer everyone right now this instant all of the time - take a pause. You can't be "on" for everyone all the time, or your shizzle will fizzle! Turn something off while working to finish a project.

This is a picture of The Four Courts in Dublin during the Battle of Dublin. The building had been taken over by Anti-Treaty forces on 14 April 1922. Bombarded by National Army forces on 28 and 29 June, a huge explosion of stored munitions on 30 June destroyed the Public Records Office, and with it a huge swathe of Irish cultural memory.
